Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Day to day Accounts operation and reporting, Cash and Bank Management.
∎ Dealing with cash and cash equivalents.
∎ Disbursement of Payment, Ensuring records and reconciliation.
∎ Keeping and Filing of vouchers & other documents related payment.
∎ Preparation of vouchers for making payment.
∎ Checking all sorts of bills, vouchers, invoices, and day-to-day cash and bank accounts.
∎ Handling salary & all kinds of employee payments by maintaining confidentiality.
∎ Manage Petty cash and review and obtain approval for payments and expenses.
∎ Maintaining Compliance with the company policies and rules.
