Responsibilities & Context:
Regularly follow up with potential and existing customers to ensure positive client relationships and convert leads into sales.
Maintain CRM database and follow up on leads via call, social media, and client visit.
Achieve individual sales targets as set by the company and assist in closing deals.
Organize and participate in open houses, property tours, and client meetings.
Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns.
Maintain high levels of professionalism, courtesy, and integrity.
Understand client needs and preferences to recommend suitable real estate properties.
