∎ At least 03 years relevant work experience as Assistant Accounts Officer or equivalent position in any reputed University/ Institution.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Accounts Officer at Z. H. Sikder University of Science and Technology , Shariatpur
∎ • Perform financial analysis and reporting to management as needed.
∎ • Perform month-end accounting activities such as reconciliations and journal entries.
∎ • Generate financial reports and statements to Treasurer for review.
∎ • Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities for assigned accounts.
∎ • Assist in auditing activities by providing necessary information and preparing requested documentations.
∎ • Maintain and preparing all kind of vouchers, cash book, bill register, general ledger & different registers related to finance & accounts
∎ • Prepare payroll, bill payment etc. Assist/Support the Internal & External Audits.
∎ • Should have sound computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Internet browsing.
∎ • Maintaining Reconciliation of Bank Accounts; prepare Cash, Bank and Journal Voucher and Maintain cheque and petty cash.
∎ • Must be able to maintain the University accounts, cash and bank transactions, receipt and payment statement, cash and fund flow statement, stock record, Trial balance, Profit and Loss account, Tax and VAT Management etc.
