Responsibilities & Context:
∎ a)Responsible for controlling the stores operations by ensuring that all materials are correctly handled, recorded received, Stored and issued.
∎ b) Supervise and maintain record of Raw materials, Store & Spare parts received & issued and Stock Valuation.
∎ c) Coordinate with SCM department for urgent or required materials
∎ d) Prepare weekly, fortnightly, or monthly reconcile inventory of all materials through physical inspection.
∎ e) Maintain Monthly stock and consumption statement
∎ f) Maintain regular transection entries (Requisition, MRR/RN, SR) for Manual &Tally Software.
∎ g)Should ensure that Store as properly maintained and kept clean and tidy and access to the Stores is restricted to authorized personnel only.
∎ h) Responsible for the safety & security of the Storage goods.
∎ i) Maintain records of all permanent assets machine and tools of project.
∎ j)To store all received materials in a safe, secured & comfort place for all project.
∎ k) To transfer materials out of project/unit as per proper transfer request & prepare Gate pass and maintain its record.
