Responsibilities & Context:

1.      Monitor transport staff activities, including attendance, duty schedules, leave records, and overall workforce management.

2.      Maintain and update records of vehicle TAX Tokens, Fitness Certificates, Route Permits, Vehicle Registrations, and Driver Licenses. Ensure all documents remain valid and renewed on time.

3.      Prepare monthly reports on vehicle repair and maintenance costs, analyze expenses, and recommend cost-control measures.

4.      Preserve and manage all legal and regulatory documents related to company vehicles.

5.      Monitor fuel consumption of all vehicles by tracking and controlling KPL (Kilometers Per Liter) to ensure efficient fuel utilization.

6.      Conduct periodic inspections of company vehicles to identify defects, mechanical issues, and maintenance requirements. Ensure quality repairs are completed in a timely manner.

7.      Regularly visit workshops and maintenance facilities to monitor repair quality, job progress, and adherence to schedules.

8.      Prepare annual and monthly budgets for vehicle renewal, replacement, maintenance, and operational expenses.

9.      Monitor vehicle utilization, operational performance, and maintenance schedules to maximize fleet efficiency.

10.  Ensure compliance with company policies, road transport regulations, and safety standards.

11.  Prepare periodic management reports on fleet operations, maintenance status, fuel consumption, accidents, and overall transport performance.

12.  Perform any other transport and fleet management duties assigned by management.
