Responsibilities & Context:
v Attend all Electrical and PLC Breakdowns and troubleshooting and problem analysis, solve and inform to Top level as require.
v Before installation and replacement in the production line all Electrical and Electronics types of equipment check and test.
v PLC Hardware replacement with damaged one.
v Inverter parameter setup and testing & commissioning with application motor.
v Preparing the Breakdown analysis report, Schedule and preventive maintenance report.
v Check all plant PLC parameters and report to the manager.
v Maintain all Electrical and PLC panels and Control as per instruction.
v Check spares' physical stock as per inventory.
Preparing Electrical drawings (single line diagram, control diagram and panel diagram) and project file.
