∎ Post Graduate Degree in Accounting/ Finance and professional degree will be additional advantage.
∎ 4+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 1 years in a lead role in garmenting industry.
∎ Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
∎ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
∎ Experience with ERP systems and BI tools preferred.
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
∎ Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with a focus on driving business performance and growth.

∎ Lead the financial planning and budgeting process, including developing annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans.
∎ Provide insightful analysis of financial performance, variance analysis, and key financial metrics to senior management and key stakeholders.
∎ Partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial guidance and support for various decision-making.
∎ Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, systems, and reporting to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
∎ Prepare and present financial reports, presentations, and ad hoc analyses to senior management and stakeholders.
∎ Stay connected with industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
