Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are seeking a skilled and experienced Manager (Finance & Accounts) For our International chain hotel “Ramada by wyndham” located at cox’s bazar. The ideal candidate will oversee the company's financial activities and ensure accurate financial reporting. The Accounts Manager will be key in managing the accounting team, implementing financial procedures, and providing strategic financial guidance to senior management.Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Provide timely and accurate financial reports to management.Develop and manage the company's budgeting process. Prepare financial forecasts and variance analysis. Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance.Monitor cash flow and liquidity. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. Optimize working capital management.Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and filing requirements. Prepare and file tax returns accurately and on time.Supervise and mentor the accounting team. Provide training and support to team members. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the department.Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency. Implement best practices and internal controls to mitigate financial risks. Continuously assess and improve the effectiveness of financial systems and procedures.
