• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Willing to travel for site visits and client meetings

Maryam Holdings, a sister concern of Rongdhanu Group, is looking for dynamic, self-motivated, and target-oriented individuals to join our Sales & Marketing team.

The selected candidates will be responsible for:

• Promoting real estate projects, generating sales, and building strong client relationships.

• Generate leads through online platforms, field visits, and personal networks.

• Promote and sell apartments, land, and commercial properties.

• Meet prospective clients and present project details effectively.

• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.

• Conduct site visits with clients and ensure proper follow-up.

• Handle client queries, negotiations, and deal closures.

• Maintain client database and prepare regular sales reports.

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth sales operations.

• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
