Responsibilities & Context:
Audit and verify company bills, invoices, and expense claims.
Authenticate financial vouchers, journals, and ledger entries daily.
Monitor inventory management systems, stock reconciliations, and physical counts.
Conduct internal auditing activities across key audit areas
Analyze risks and develop measures to reduce them
Identify unusual patterns, red flags, and potential irregularities
Collect, verify, and document evidence in a structured manner
Coordinate with relevant departments for data collection, clarification, and follow-up
Ensure the timely completion of audits
Prepare audit reports with actionable recommendations
Optimize the audit process to increase compliance and efficiency
