Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To maintain all bank payment & cash transactions.
∎ To check party / suppliers bills and vouchersend for approval.
∎ To calculate TDS & VDS from party bill and prepare online Challan.
∎ Preparing the financials by maintaining accepted accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations of Income TAX & VAT.
∎ Maintain communication with suppliers, contractors, employees, bank, buyers and others regarding payment.
∎ Understanding Taxation & VAT policy of companies and preparation documents accordingly.
∎ Maintain project & others cost analysis.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
