Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise day-to-day construction activities to ensure they align with quality standards and also the Company’s SOP
Co-ordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and material suppliers
Implement quality control processes and conduct inspections
Ensure all work conducted meets regulations and industry standards
Monitor and report on the progress of construction activities
Complete and maintain detailed records of construction activities, budgets, materials, and any changes made to project plans
Other responsibilities assigned by the authority
