∎ BBA/ B.Com in Accounting, MBA/ M.Com in Accounting.Must have CACC certification from any CA firm or Partly qualified from ICMAB.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Participate in the formulation and enhancement of the costing structure for all products and services.
∎ Analyze and optimize cost components to ensure competitiveness and efficiency.
∎ Assist in building and maintaining a comprehensive costing database.
∎ Ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and reliability of cost-related data.
∎ Liaise with functional departments (e.g., production, procurement, and sales) to gather and validate cost information.
∎ Provide costing insights and support for the pricing of new and existing products.
∎ Contribute to the development of financial policies related to costing and pricing.
∎ Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
∎ Monitor cost drivers and external market factors to recommend adjustments in pricing.
∎ Provide cost-benefit analysis for pricing decisions to support management.
∎ Prepare periodic cost and profitability reports for management review.
∎ Highlight trends, risks, and opportunities to improve cost efficiency.
∎ Undertake special projects and tasks as assigned by the reporting line.
∎ Support audits and provide necessary documentation related to costing and pricing.
∎ Context:This Position will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining the organization's costing structure and database. The incumbent will ensure an effective flow of information for product costing and pricing, contribute to policy formulation, and adapt pricing strategies based on cost drivers and external factors.
