Educational Requirements

• Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in accounting.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Experience Requirements

• 2–3 years of proven experience in a corporate accounting role.

• Age not more than 30.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in ERP software.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and process payment vouchers accurately.

• Process vendor payments in a timely manner.

• Maintain documentation, records, and follow up on pending matters.

• Manage voucher filing and proper documentation.

• Perform data entry through integrated ERP software and manual posting where required.

• Process administrative and other expense approvals and payments.

• Adjust advances and settlements.
