The Manager of operations for the Plastic Recycling Project will oversee the overall business operations, ensuring alignment with company goals and growth strategies. This role requires strategic planning, hands-on management, and leadership across production, supply chain, sales, and distribution functions to achieve budgetary targets and foster business expansion. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in production, cost control, inventory management, and stakeholder collaboration, driving innovation and efficiency in the project.
Job Responsibilities:·
Lead and manage production activities to meet sales requirements within schedules and budgets.
Analyze and plan for team resources, equipment, and materials to ensure seamless production operations.
Oversee supply chain processes to ensure timely and cost-effective distribution.
Drive innovation through plastic mold-making and support machinery acquisition.
Source and manage import accessories required for new product development.
Initiate and oversee cost control and power-saving projects.
Identify and implement automation opportunities within existing systems to enhance operational efficiency.
Coordinate audit assignments, ensuring team awareness of client business issues.
Maintain compliance with operational and auditing standards.
Control inventory of raw materials, finished goods, and mechanical and electrical items to support uninterrupted production.
Ensure optimal stock levels to meet production demands and minimize downtime.
Provide strategic and tactical leadership in safety, reliability, cost optimization, quality, and productivity.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to integrate strategies for commercial success.
Foster a positive and cooperative working environment.
Develop and implement policies to align operations with business objectives.
Identify strategic business opportunities and drive initiatives to achieve revenue and profit goals.
Collaborate closely with company ownership to ensure alignment with organizational vision.
