Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Overall activities such as day to day financial transition record keeping, summarizing, ledger posting both manual & software and accounts and finance relating activates including Tax & VAT.
∎ Generate monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
∎ Perform all kind of bank activities, reconciling bank statements.
∎ Calculating and checking to make sure payments, TDS & VDS deduction amounts and records are correct.
∎ Reconcile and follow-up the payable, receivable, advances and prepayments regularly with ageing report.
∎ Check the LC-related documents and ensure all payments are made on time, including proper records.
∎ Ensure and monitor all type of insurance (Group insurance, Fixed assets insurance, LC insurance etc.).
∎ Prepare and update the cost center wise fixed asset register, ensuring all assets are tagged with the proper ID, and maintaining accurate records of acquisition, disposal, and depreciation·
∎ Prepare annual budgets, including departmental budget and forecast revenue and expenses.
∎ Conduct variance analysis between budget and actual figures.
∎ Prepare summaries of revenues, expenditures, and budgets, and manage, control, and analyze all accounting and financial statements, reports, and special analyses to review operational issues impacting the company and identify weak areas.
∎ Liaise with External & internal auditors to ensure audit process.
∎ Assist to prepare board meeting working paper.
∎ Any other task assign by Management.
