Experience Requirements
Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience.
Experience in hospital, healthcare, or large service organizations will be given preference.
Knowledge of hospital billing systems and ERP software will be an added advantage.
Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of cost accounting and financial analysis.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software or Tally Software.
Analytical ability with attention to detail.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain hospital cost accounting systems for various departments (OPD, IPD, OT, ICU, Diagnostics, Pharmacy, etc.).
Calculate service-wise and unit-wise costing (per bed, per patient, per procedure).
Assist in preparation of annual budgets and departmental budgets.
Monitor budget utilization and prepare variance analysis reports.
cost control and efficiency measures.
Coordinate with stores and procurement for inventory costing and control.
Monitor medicine, consumables, utilities, and other operational expenses.
Prepare monthly MIS and cost reports for management and trust authority.
Assist internal and external audits by providing cost-related information.
Support management in pricing, package costing and financial decision-making.
Job Location: Bhagalpur, Bajitpur, Kishoreganj.
Salary will be negotiable and commensurate with qualifications and experience
