Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) / Master's degree (M.Com) from a recognized university.Partly Qualified CMA will be preferred.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience.

• Experience in hospital, healthcare, or large service organizations will be given preference.

• Knowledge of hospital billing systems and ERP software will be an added advantage.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of cost accounting and financial analysis.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software or Tally Software.

• Analytical ability with attention to detail.

• Good communication and reporting skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain hospital cost accounting systems for various departments (OPD, IPD, OT, ICU, Diagnostics, Pharmacy, etc.).

• Calculate service-wise and unit-wise costing (per bed, per patient, per procedure).

• Assist in preparation of annual budgets and departmental budgets.

• Monitor budget utilization and prepare variance analysis reports.

• cost control and efficiency measures.

• Coordinate with stores and procurement for inventory costing and control.

• Monitor medicine, consumables, utilities, and other operational expenses.

• Prepare monthly MIS and cost reports for management and trust authority.

• Assist internal and external audits by providing cost-related information.

• Support management in pricing, package costing and financial decision-making.

Job Location: Bhagalpur, Bajitpur, Kishoreganj.

• Salary will be negotiable and commensurate with qualifications and experience
