Responsibilities & Context:
Collection confirmation & posting into system
Invoice Check, collection/credit confirmation & release
Monthly promo cost analysis and update approved SKU wise promotion into invoicing system
Bill provision (daily/weekly/monthly) into accounting system (SAP)
Assist legal team in preparing legal documents for default customers
Monthly balance confirmation from Customer
Preparation of weekly credit ageing report
Any other task assigned by reporting manager
