Responsibilities & Context:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using Tally ERP accurately.
Reconcile accounts, including bank statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
Preparing vouchers and ensuring entry to software on a regular basis.
Communicating with Banks to ensure proper flow of daily transaction
Ensuring the accuracy of financial documents, as well as their compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Supplier bills are checked & calculated daily.
Any other job assigned by the concerned authority.
Monitor accounts payable and receivable processes
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements.
Carry out any other relevant tasks assigned by the authority as and when necessary.
