Experience:

• At least 3 years

• BBA, MBA in Finance/Accounting from DU, IBA or any reputed public or foreign university.

• CA/ACCA/CMA/Related Others (fully or partly qualified) are added advantages.

• At least 3 years

• Age At most 30 years

• Experience in any Multinational Companies/Banks is preferred.     

• Excellent in MS Office especially in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint·     

• Good communication skill·     

• Excellent presentation skill·     

• Very good report writing skill.

Pertaining to Investment

• Prepare a report on different banks and financial institutions examining their creditworthiness.

• Analyze reports from Bangladesh Bank, High Court, Stock Exchange, Securities & Exchange Commission, National Board of Revenue, print and electronic media on relevant banks and financial institutions.

• Study the movement of demand and supply of money in money market and capital market.

• Analyze inflation, call money rate, fiscal policy, and monetary policy of government.

• Analyze remittance flow, export earning, and availability of foreign currency loan.

• Analyze political situation, public and private investment growth etc.

• Examine Advance Deposit Ratio, Non-Performing Loan (NPL) rate, list of large loan holders etc. of concerned banks and financial institutions.

• Analyze the audit reports of relevant banks and financial institutions.

• Analyze the credit rating and CAMELS rating of Bangladesh Bank.

• Analyze capital structure, capital adequacy ratio, EPS, DPS, MPS etc. of relevant banks and financial institutions.

• Analyze biographies of the members of Board of Directors of relevant banks and financial institutions.

• Analyze updated annual reports, semi-annual reports, quarterly reports of concerned banks and financial institutions.

• Analyze the guideline of Bangladesh Bank on concerned banks and financial institutions.

 Pertaining to Loan

• Collect and analyze indicative offers from different banks and financial institutions regarding conditions on loans.

• Collect and analyze indicative offers on foreign loan and supplier credit having discussion with foreign bankers.

• Collect loan facility offer after bargaining the line of credit amount, terms and conditions of credit, rate of interest as well as other charges and analyze competitiveness and effectiveness of the facilities.

 Pertaining to Investment in Equity

• Collect monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports of subsidiary organizations and analyze expenditure, risk, and profitability of their business activities.

• Supervising authority may assign any other task as required by GTT.
