• 5-7 years of relevant experience in market audit, sales audit, or trade compliance.

• Strong exposure to higher purchase, credit sales, and receivables control at market level.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of market audit, sales processes, and trade compliance.

• Proven ability to analyze higher purchase, credit sales, and receivables exposure.

• Excellent data analysis and reporting skills with strong command over MS Excel and MIS tools.

• High attention to detail with strong investigation and problem-solving capability.

• Effective communication and stakeholder coordination skills across sales and finance teams.

• Ability to work independently, manage field-based audits, and meet tight timelines.

Deputy Manager, Market Audit for Corporate-Finance & Planning Department

Strategic Outlook of the Role

• This role drives market governance and commercial compliance by ensuring accuracy, transparency, and control across trade operations. The position supports informed decision-making through systematic audits, risk identification, and data-driven market insights that protect revenue and strengthen business integrity.

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Head of Credit Monitoring to develop audit plans and schedules.

• Identify key areas and processes for audit, focusing on invoicing and payment procedures.

• Visit Customer locations and respective showroom to conduct field audits.

• Review financial records, invoices, receipts, and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.

• Verify the compliance of invoicing and payment processes with company policies and relevant regulations.

• Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies, irregularities, or potential issues.

• Maintain detailed audit documentation, including workpapers, evidence, and findings.

• Prepare and maintain organized audit files for reference and reporting purposes.

• Prepare comprehensive audit reports summarizing findings, conclusions, and recommendations.
