∎ Bachelor’s/Master’s in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
∎ CA/CPA or equivalent professional certification preferred.
∎ 8-15 years of experience in finance, with at least 8 years in a managerial role in the RMG sector. Additional experience will be considered a strong advantage
∎ Proficiency in ERP systems, financial tools, and Microsoft Office. Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel.
∎ Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
