• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.

• Candidates should have 8-15 years of experience in HR, administration, and compliance within the RMG sector. Additional experience will be considered a strong advantage.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance frameworks, and audit requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

• Administration:
  1. Oversee general office management, facility maintenance, and employee services.
  2. Manage security, housekeeping, and logistics for smooth operations.
• Human Resources:
  1. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks
  2. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and staff training.
  3. Manage payroll, attendance, and leave systems.
  4. Address employee grievances and promote a positive workplace culture.
• Compliance:
  1. Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labor Laws, international labor standards, and buyer Codes of Conduct.
  2. Ensure the buyer's (specifically Inditex) traceability codes of conduct are met.
  3. Prepare for and manage internal/external audits, including BSCI, SEDEX, HIGG, and other buyer-required certifications.
  4. Monitor workplace safety, health, and environmental standards in collaboration with production teams.
  5. Maintain proper documentation and reporting for compliance audits.
