• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

• Age 24 to 38 years

• At least 3-5 years of merchandising experience, preferably in a reputed role at ZARA/BERSHKA Buyer.

• Good knowledge of handling Knit Garments subcontract business.

• Sound Knowledge to prepare costing.

• Strong communication abilities, in Bengali and English, both oral and written.

• Computer Literacy is a must, especially in office package.

• Should be a team player with strong interpersonal skills.

• Strong knowledge and experience working with different Trading & Buying Houses and Garment Factories for various product categories.

• Manage and execute the end-to-end merchandising process for assigned product lines.

• Conduct daily order follow-ups, cost negotiation, and maintain close coordination with suppliers for effective production planning.

• Monitor order status and shipment timelines, and provide problem-solving solutions to both internal teams and external partners.

• Visit production sites/factories regularly to ensure smooth production flow, maintain product quality standards, and resolve any production-related issues.
