∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or CA (CC).
∎ Proven experience in accounting and HR management, preferably in a similar dual role.
∎ Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and VAT compliance.
∎ Familiarity with HR practices, recruitment, and employee relations.
∎ Proficiency in accounting software.
∎ Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
∎ Strong organizational and communication skills.
∎ Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Recording Day-to-Day Transactions: Accurately record all financial transactions daily, maintaining updated petty cash records, ledger books, and vouchers.
∎ Preparation & Review of Monthly Receipts & Payment: Prepare and review the monthly receipts and payments, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
∎ Inventory Verification: Conduct physical verification of inventory on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis to ensure accurate stock records.
∎ VAT Returns: Prepare and submit VAT returns monthly, ensuring all data is properly recorded and compliant with regulations.
∎ Audit Planning & Implementation: Develop and implement an audit plan to ensure financial processes comply with relevant regulations and internal standards.
∎ Safety & Security of Account Documents: Ensure the safety, security, and confidentiality of all accounting-related documents and financial information.
∎ Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding of new employees.
∎ Employee Records Management: Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accurate and timely data entry in HR systems.
∎ Payroll Processing: Oversee payroll processing, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time.
∎ Employee Relations: Assist in maintaining a positive working environment by addressing employee concerns and ensuring compliance with company policies.
∎ HR Documentation & Reporting: Prepare HR reports and manage HR documentation related to recruitment, employee performance, and other HR functions.
∎ Compliance: Ensure that the organization adheres to labor laws and HR policies, maintaining a fair and compliant workplace.
∎ We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Executive, Accounts and HR to manage both financial and HR functions within our organization. This is a dual role that will involve managing accounting responsibilities while also overseeing key HR duties. The successful candidate will work closely with our management team and be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing reports, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting HR operations.

∎ Accounting Responsibilities:
