∎ BBA or B.Sc. in Computer Science/ Information Technology (MBA preferred).
∎ Proven track record as a Project Manager in IT project delivery.
∎ Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum and XP will add advantage.
∎ PMP certification (Preferred).
∎ Exceptional communication skills to interact with the stakeholders of all levels.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead end-to-end project management for IT initiatives, ensuring on-time delivery with proper tracking, collaborate with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders, developers to facilitate seamless project execution.
∎ Maintain key project-related documentation, including project charters, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and status reports, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for all stakeholders.
∎ Apply strong analytical skills to assess project requirements, identify potential risks, and devise mitigation strategies.
∎ Drive project planning, scheduling while monitoring progress and performance.
∎ Ensure continuous improvement by implementing best practices and lessons learned from previous projects.
∎ Manage communication across all stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.
