∎ সুপারশপে কাজ করার অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে।সুপারশপের সকল প্রকার হিসাব নিকাশ করতে হবে।
∎ সুপারশপের দায়িত্বরত ম্যানেজারের নিকট দৈনিক/ সাপ্তাহিক/ মাসিক মোট টাকা পয়সা হিসাব সঠিকভাবে প্রদান করতে হবে।
∎ একাউন্টস / হিসাব বিভাগের হিসাবকাজে ব্যবহৃত সকল প্রকার যন্ত্রাংশের রক্ষণাবেক্ষণের দায়িত্ব সঠিকভাবে পালন করতে হবে।
∎ সঠিক ভাবে সকল দায়িত্বপালনের উপর বিশেষ স্বীকৃতি প্রদান করা হবে।

∎ Recording financial transactions: Ensuring that all financial transactions, such as sales, expenses, payroll, and tax payments, are recorded correctly
∎ Tracking sales: Tracking daily sales for a retail shop
∎ Managing inventory costs: Managing inventory costs for a retail shop
∎ Reconciling bank statements: Reconciling bank statements for a retail shop
∎ Budgeting and forecasting: Developing budgets that align with the company's strategic objectives by analyzing past financial data and market trends
∎ Cash flow management: Helping to predict cash flow and come up with strategies to manage it
∎ Organizing cash reserves: Organizing cash reserves and coming up with a spending plan
∎ An accountant at a super shop has many responsibilities, including:
