∎ Identifying potential customers: Using networking, cold calling, and referrals to find new clients
∎ Building relationships: Developing and maintaining relationships with clients to understand their needs
∎ Presenting products and services: Demonstrating the value of products and services and answering client questions
∎ Negotiating deals: Negotiating terms, pricing, and contracts with clients
∎ Converting leads: Guiding clients through the purchasing process and resolving concerns
∎ Providing support: Continuing to support existing clients to ensure their satisfaction
∎ Staying current: Keeping up with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
∎ Setting goals: Setting and tracking sales goals and implementing strategies for growth
∎ Analyzing data: Analyzing sales data to identify opportunities for improvement
∎ Working with teams: Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align efforts and maximize sales opportunities
