Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure to print the Gate Pass for finished cement delivery from Oracle.
∎ Execute the Sales Order (S/O) and post the Truck number or Barge name in the Oracle System to prepare the Finished Product Delivery Challan.
∎ Issue VAT Challan (Mushok-11)  for Cement Plant, Bag Plant & Block Plant.
∎ Posting VAT Challan in Sales Register (Mushok-17) for Cement Plant & Bag Plant.
∎ Posting Current Account (Mushok-18) for Cement Plant & Bag Plant.
∎ Prepare the VAT Summary Report and reconcile it with the system.
∎ Ensuring proper documentation and filing of official records.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the Line Manager
