∎ Excellent typing skills with a minimum typing speed of 40-45 wpm.

∎ Working Shifts: 5 p.m. to 2 a.m./ 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. (Evening and Night Shift).

∎ Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
∎ Help with day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, such as recording financial transactions, verifying and reconciling entries, and maintaining general ledgers.
∎ Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely completion of month-end and year-end closing activities.
∎ Support the preparation of various financial reports.
∎ Assist in the documentation and improvement of accounting processes and internal controls.
∎ Aid in reconciling bank statements, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
∎ Assist in conducting periodic inventory audits and reconciling inventory records.
∎ Provide timely reports to the supervisor regarding financial transactions and accounts.
∎ Conduct data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date financial records.
