Educational Requirements:
∎ Commerce Graduation /BBA
∎ Post-graduation in Accounts or Finance / MBA will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing the companies’ VAT compliance process as per recent VAT Act.
∎ Ensure Proper maintenances of all kinds of VAT registers including legal litigation.
∎ Corresponding with custom excise & vat office independently.
∎ Maintain all VAT – related registers of all concerns as per new VAT & SD Act – 2012 & rule 2016 & also has to keep these records in NBR approved VAT software / ERP/ MS Excel.
∎ Responsible for VAT & Income Tax work particularly VAT deduction at source from suppliers and other service payables as applicable, Tax deduction at source from staff salary, Honorarium and any other allowances or bill/voucher. This will also include time to time preparation of tax deducted at source (TDS) & Vat deducted at source (VDS) certificate (Mushak – 6.6) & provide to its stakeholders. Also require to perform any other assigned job as advised by HOD or other superior authority.
∎ Preparation of report quarterly, half yearly & yearly.
∎ Issuance and maintenance of all Mushak (Including Mushak – 9.1 submission) and any other form as require.
∎ Issuance of VAT deducted at source (VDS) certificate (Mushak – 6.6) and provide to its stakeholders.
∎ Ensure proper documentation, control and maintain necessary records in respect of Taxation & Value added Tax related issues in connection with Manager / Sr. Manager – Vat & Tax.
∎ Must have sound knowledge about TDS. VDS Procedures & Vat & Tax return submissions.
∎ Maintain liaison with legal authority, Gov’t, private or related concerns.
∎ Maintain strong liaison with Production/Commercial/Supply Chain/ Accounts & Finance department & keep up to date all VAT related register and online data.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 02-05 Years’ experience in similar position in FMGG Manufacturing Industry.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Vat & TAX, Accounts & Finance, Inventory Management
∎ Must have good knowledge in English & good communication skills.
