Responsibilities & Context:
∎ At least 10 Years' experience in the garments industry.The responsibility of the position will be to operate the full team Finance & Accounts under Director of Accounts.This will include responsibility for accounting, finance, forecasting, strategic planning, job costing, legal, property management, deal analysis and negotiations, investor relationships and partnership compliance and private and institutional financing.To develop finance organizational strategies by contributing financial and accounting information, analysis, and recommendations to strategic thinking and direction and establishing functional objectives in line with organizational objectives.To ensure financial and investment planning to support business goals;To have sound knowledge in RMG legal issues, the court of law matters.To ensure banking function, loan processing, mortgage, land deed, etc.To accomplish finance human resource strategies by determining accountabilities; communicating and enforcing values, policies, and procedures; implementing recruitment, selection, orientation, training, coaching, counseling, disciplinary, and communication programs; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; and planning and reviewing compensation strategies.To ensure investment analysis and feasibility study for new projects and new investment.To ensure loan and credit facilities arrangement, including term loan, project finance, trade finance, and factoring.To ensure financing & fundraising operations to maintain liquidity and support new projects and expansion.To ensure good liaison with bankers, Investors, financial and legal advisors.To ensure smooth cash disbursement/Prepare payments by verifying documentation.To do accounting research; manage the processes for financial forecasting; prepare and submit Annual Budget.To ensure preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial accounts of the company.To ensure compliance of applicable taxes, viz., income tax, withholding taxes, VAT, Service Tax and all regulatory reporting is completed timely and accurately and the accounting and reporting in line with the applicable accounting standards and completion of statutory required reporting.Any other task assigned by Director of Accounts & Finance.
