Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Timely verification of Purchase Orders (PO) and Proforma Invoices (PI) within the ERP system.
∎ Reviewing Bill of Materials.
∎ Conducting pre-audits, such as PO and PI.
∎ Salary/Wages & all factory payment checking.
∎ Final settlement & new recruitment checking.
∎ Scrutinizing all consumption related to production.
∎ Auditing all commercial, courier, and other services.
∎ Accepting local LC.
∎ Performing inventory counts, auditing resources and delivery processes, and inspecting maintenance and wastage activities.
∎ Participating in site visits and investigations as per assignment.
∎ Ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions by verifying all bill vouchers.
∎ Physically verifying fixed assets and stored items.
∎ Conducting market surveys, checking collected quotations, and regularly verifying procured items and inventory.
