Job Circular: Showroom Cashier
Job Context: We are looking for a trustworthy, detail-oriented, and customer-friendly Showroom Cashier to handle all billing transactions accurately and efficiently at our women’s dress showroom.
Key Responsibilities
Billing & Transactions: Manage cash, card, and mobile banking transactions using the POS (Point of Sale) system.
Customer Service: Greet customers warmly during checkout, resolve billing queries, and hand over purchased dresses with receipts.
Cash Management: Reconcile the cash drawer at the beginning and the closing to ensure accurate balances.
Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and cash reports for the Showroom Manager or the authorized person.
Store Coordination: Assist in monitoring the billing counter area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies (receipt rolls, shopping bags etc.).
Requirements & Qualifications
Gender: male/female candidates are requested to apply.
Education: Minimum Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) or Diploma. A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience as a Cashier or Sales Representative is preferred, but freshers with basic skills are welcome to apply.
Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS software and Excel.
Soft Skills: Excellent numerical skills, strong integrity, and a polite, patient communication style under pressure.
Job Employment Terms
Job Status: Full-time.
Work Location:[Road#6, Dhanmondi, Dhaka-1205].
Working Hours: Showroom hours (typically include a weekend or a rostered day off).
Salary & Benefits
Salary: [BDT 12,000 - BDT 15,000] per month (Negotiable based on experience).
Two festival Bonuses.
