Job Context:We are a renowned online based retail clothing brand looking for dynamic, trustworthy, and detail-oriented individuals to join our operations team. The role is ideal for multi-taskers who can seamlessly manage backend data, oversee inventory, ensure secure packaging, and deliver exceptional customer support to enhance our buyers' shopping experience. 

​Key Responsibilities

1. Data Entry

  • Accurately upload, update, and manage customer data across our website.

  • Process online orders daily and update order statuses in the management system.

  • Maintain clean and organized digital records of sales, returns, and customer databases.

2. Store Keeping & Inventory Control

  • Receive inbound stock, inspect goods for quality, and organize inventory systematically in the storeroom.

  • Conduct regular stock counts to prevent shortages or discrepancies.

  • Update inventory logs and notify management when stock levels are running low.

3. Packaging & Logistics Coordination

  • Safely and securely pack products according to instructions.

  • Generate and attach shipping labels & invoices accurately.

  • Coordinate with third-party courier services for timely order pickups and track deliveries.

4. Customer Service

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries via live chat, social media (Facebook/Whatsapp) and phone calls.

  • Assist customers with product inquiries, order placement, tracking, and sizing guides.

  • Handle customer complaints, exchanges, and return requests with empathy and efficiency.

​Requirements & Qualifications

Education: Minimum Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) or Diploma. Candidates with bachelor’s degree will be prioritised.

Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in e-commerce operations, retail, or customer service is preferred (Freshers with strong basic skills are welcome to apply).

Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy (MS Excel, Word, Google Sheets).

  • Familiarity with social media platforms and e-commerce dashboards is a major plus.

  • Fast and accurate typing skills.

Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure during peak sales seasons.

​Job Employment Terms

Job Status: Full-time.

Work Location:[Indira Road, West Rajabazar,Sher-E-Bangla Nagar,Dhaka].

Working Hours: Showroom hours (typically include a weekend or a rostered day off).


Salary & Benefits

Salary: [BDT 10,000 - BDT 13,000] per month (Negotiable based on experience).
