Responsibilities & Context:
We are hiring 30 Customer Support Executives for our night shift team based in Dhaka (Nikunja & Khilkhet). The role is 100% online-based - no field work. You will handle customer conversations in real time through our support platform during overnight hours.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer queries via live chat in a fast, polite and professional manner
Handle multiple chat conversations at the same time while maintaining response time and quality standards
Shift & Work Environment:
Night shift: [9:00 PM – 7:00 AM] — candidates must be comfortable working overnight on a regular basis
Work from office (Nikunja / Khilkhet), 6 days a week with rotating weekly off
Meal facility provided.
