Responsibilities & Context:
Enter and update data accurately in computer systems.
Maintain records, files, and databases.
Verify data for accuracy and completeness.
Prepare and update Excel spreadsheets and reports.
Perform basic data processing and documentation.
Maintain confidentiality of company information.
Typing speed: Minimum 40+ WPM required.
Basic knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and email.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Must be honest, responsible, and trustworthy.
Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
