As a Front Desk Executive, you will be the welcoming face of Hotel Highgarden, ensuring a seamless and pleasant experience for all guests. Your key responsibilities will include:
Warmly welcoming guests, addressing inquiries, and fulfilling requests efficiently.
Managing incoming calls, including answering questions, taking messages, and directing calls to appropriate staff.
Scheduling appointments and maintaining a professional and welcoming front office environment.
Accurately updating and maintaining guest information and operational records.
Assisting with the preparation and coordination of meetings and conferences.
Maintaining an awareness of staff whereabouts for effective communication and security.
Managing check-in and check-out information with integrity.
Maintaining appointment diaries, both manually and electronically.
Providing general administrative and clerical support.
Demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to take on new tasks as needed by management.
Cooperating effectively with employees from all departments to ensure smooth operations.
