Job Context:
We are looking for an energetic and experienced Executive / Senior Executive, Visa Processing to join our rapidly growing team. If you are skilled in tourist and business visa processing and are eager to work in a professional environment, this opportunity is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently manage the visa application process for Tourist and Business categories for various countries.
Provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients regarding visa requirements, document preparation, form filling, and appointment scheduling.
Lead the visa processing efforts for major destinations including the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Schengen countries, New Zealand, China, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Philippines, Indonesia, Turkey, South Korea, Japan, Egypt and others.
Maintain effective communication with clients throughout every step of the visa application process and resolve their queries.
Stay updated on the latest changes in visa policies and procedures and execute work accordingly.
