Job Context:
∎ We are looking for an experienced Visa Consultant to join our concerned company and enrich our visa services.
∎ Must have strong knowledge about Visa processing in several countries of the world, specially Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Australia, U.K., USA, Schengen, Canada China, Dubai, Turkey, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bhutan, Indonesia, India etc.
∎ The main brunch of FlyBee Travels are hiring a few expert visa consultants urgently. You have a high time to make a successful professional career with us.
∎ Job Location : Gulshan - Badda Link Road, Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Good understanding of Visa Application Process, Form Filling, Documentation and All other Embassy's Formalities.
∎ Stay updated on immigration regulations and policies related to visas in various countries, including procedural changes, requirements, visa fees and restrictions.
∎ Evaluate applicant's profiles to determine eligibility for different visa categories.
∎ Keep the client documents well filed and updated.
∎ Create new clients and maintain relationships with existing clients, organizations & other stakeholders.
∎ Provide rapid response to the clients via PHONE CALLS, SOCIAL MEDIA & E-MAIL.
∎ Maintain good liaise with Visa Agencies, Embassies, travel agents, passport offices, customs, and immigration authority.
∎ Reporting to assigned department.
∎ Make hotel and tour reservations, correspond and liaise with hotels or supplies.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following areas:
∎ Tourist visa processing, Business visa processing, Student Immigration visa
∎ processing, Tour Packages, Travel Agency and Travel management.
∎ Excellent Communicational Skills in both English & Bengali.
∎ Willing to present in FB Live, Social Media Advertisements, Events and Activations.
∎ Willing to work under pressure and on extra working hours.
∎ Willing to full-fill monthly targets.
∎ Good computer skills in MS Office and internet browsing.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 15,000 - 35,000 (Monthly, as per qualifications)
