Experience Requirements
- 2–4 years of hands-on ticketing and reservation experience
- Must be proficient in GDS systems (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre)
- Strong understanding of airline fare rules

- Ticket accuracy (zero ADM)
- Daily ticket issuance volume

Responsibilities & Context:
Workplace: Work at office (Dhaka)
Job Responsibilities
- Issue domestic and international air tickets
- Handle reissue, refund, and cancellation processes
- Coordinate hotel bookings and tour reservations
- Operate GDS systems (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre)
- Maintain passenger records and travel files
- Support Umrah visa processing and documentation
- Coordinate with customer service regarding booking updates
- Prepare daily sales and ticketing reports
Job Other Benifits:
- BDT 25,000- 35,000 (Based on experience)
