Key Responsibilities:

Proactive Student Outreach:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective students to introduce our educational programs, admission criteria, and student support services.
  • Initiate friendly and professional conversations to build rapport and understand the student's initial interests and concerns.

Information Gathering and Needs Assessment:

  • Actively listen to and address student inquiries, gathering key information about their academic background, interests, and career goals.
  • Provide detailed and accurate information on program details, curriculum, tuition fees, financial aid options, and career prospects.

Guidance and Program Matching:

  • Use the information gathered to provide personalized guidance, helping students identify the most suitable program based on their unique profile.
  • Offer clear explanations about the admission process and requirements.

Data Management and Follow-up:

  • Maintain precise and organized records of every interaction in our student management system.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on all student leads to nurture their interest and guide them through the next steps.

Collaboration and Continuous Learning:

  • Work collaboratively with the admissions team to share insights and improve lead conversion.
  • Participate in training sessions to build knowledge of our programs, effective communication techniques, and student counseling best practices.
