We are opening a New Thai Restaurant in Dhaka fully owned by Thai National with it’s Ambience, Attentive Service and delectable dishes. It offers a taste of authentic Thai Flavors in the Heart of Dhaka.
A restaurant manager`s responsibilities include financial management, customer service, health and safety, inventory management, food safety, staff retention, attention to detail, food quality, and marketing.
Financial management Maintain financial records for business and tax purposes, Report on business performance, and Identify areas for improvement and growth.
Customer service Be patient and calm under pressure, Have excellent customer service skills, and Address customer feedback and complaints.
Health and safety
Ensure the health and wellbeing of the customer.
Ensure the restaurant meets health and safety regulations.
Ensure safe food handling practices are implemented.
Inventory management Conduct regular inventory checks, ensure that all necessary supplies and ingredients are available, and Prevent shortages and reduce waste.
Food safety
Oversee the daily operations of a restaurant, including food safety practices
Staff retention
Manage a team well so that staff is happy, productive, and fulfilled
Attention to detail
Establish budgets
Spot which ingredients have reached their expiry date in the kitchen
