Experience:

• 5 to 8 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hotel, Resort

• SSC
• Diploma

• Age At most 35 years

• 1–3+ years’ experience in electrical and maintenance work.
• Must have hands-on experience in AC repair & servicing.
• Must have knowledge of generator operation and maintenance.
• Strong understanding of electrical safety standards.
• Ability to diagnose issues quickly and work independently.
• Honest, responsible, and hardworking.

Additional Skills (Preferred):

• Knowledge of UPS, inverter, and solar system maintenance
• Ability to read and understand electrical diagrams

• Perform electrical installation, repair, and maintenance work throughout Shayan Resort.

• Troubleshoot electrical wiring, switches, MCB, DB, control panels, and related systems.

• Conduct regular maintenance, servicing, and troubleshooting of air conditioners (AC):

• Cleaning and repairing AC units

• Diagnosing cooling and electrical issues

• Checking gas/refrigerant levels

• Servicing compressors, condensers, blowers, and evaporators

• Perform generator maintenance, including:

• Routine inspection and servicing

• Monitoring oil, coolant, battery, and fuel levels

• Proper start-up and shutdown operations

• Identifying and repairing generator faults

• Ensure smooth operation of electrical systems across the resort.

• Respond promptly to electrical emergencies and breakdowns.

• Maintain detailed logs of all maintenance and repair tasks.
