Responsibilities & Context:
Executive / Sr. Executive – Holiday Reservation, Ticketing Reservation & Customer Experience (Sales)
Job Responsibilities:
Holiday Reservation:
- Handle international tour package inquiries (Call/WhatsApp/Facebook/Email).
- Prepare customized tour itineraries, quotations, and booking confirmations.
- Coordinate with suppliers, hotels, guides, and tour partners.
- Ensure smooth reservation handling for travelers.
Air Ticketing Reservation:
- Manage flight inquiries, fare checking, PNR creation, date changes, refunds, and reissues.
- Coordinate with airlines/GDS (Galileo/Amadeus/Sabre preferred).
- Ensure accurate and timely ticket issuance.
- Provide after-sales support regarding flight changes or travel updates.
Customer Experience (Sales):
- Maintain excellent communication with clients to ensure a seamless end-to-end travel experience.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable tour packages/flight options.
- Follow-up with leads, close sales, and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Maintain CRM records and ensure timely updates.
