Responsibilities & Context:
Counsel international students to facilitate admissions into international universities and colleges, including assisting with course changes both onshore and offshore.
Enhance long-term student retention through proactive after-sales engagement and ongoing support.
Develop content for marketing posts and participate in various marketing activities as required.
Plan, execute, and monitor the company’s ongoing presence across social media platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, and relevant social groups.
Maintain comprehensive records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, including inquiry notes, file notes, admission entries, offer letters, Confirmation of Enrolments (COEs), task lists, and follow-ups, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
Achieve monthly targets and maintain a high conversion ratio in line with company objectives.
Perform any other tasks assigned by management to support business operations and objectives.
