• Bachelor of Science (BSc)
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
• Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS)
• Master of Business Administration (MBA)

• Age 22 to 30 years

• Counsel international students to facilitate admissions into international universities and colleges, including assisting with course changes both onshore and offshore.

• Enhance long-term student retention through proactive after-sales engagement and ongoing support.

• Develop content for marketing posts and participate in various marketing activities as required.

• Plan, execute, and monitor the company’s ongoing presence across social media platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, and relevant social groups.

• Maintain comprehensive records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, including inquiry notes, file notes, admission entries, offer letters, Confirmation of Enrolments (COEs), task lists, and follow-ups, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.

• Achieve monthly targets and maintain a high conversion ratio in line with company objectives.

• Perform any other tasks assigned by management to support business operations and objectives.

Monthly Fixed Salary, Lead Commission, Yearly performance & Lead target bonus. Two festival bonuses per year. Holiday & Leave: 15 days of annual leave & Government holidays.
