Responsibilities & Context:
- Lead, mentor, and support the counselling team, ensuring they meet performance targets and deliver high-quality guidance to students and guardians.
- Oversee student counselling sessions (both phone and face-to-face) and provide expert support on international university admissions.
- Manage and monitor client pipelines, maintain an updated visitor and student database, and ensure timely follow-ups by the team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and families, ensuring they receive clear, accurate, and personalized guidance.
- Plan, coordinate, and host seminars or information sessions for prospective students to promote the organization’s services.
- Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of all student and client data across the team.
- Review and support document preparation, application forms, and record-keeping for accuracy and completeness.
- Oversee communication workflows, including responding to inquiries and supporting marketing activities through online and print campaigns.
