Responsibilities & Context:
Lead Assessment & Qualification
Review information from inquiry forms and communication channels
Create case-wise checklist/task list
Assess academic background, eligibility & risk factors
Student Consultation & Study Visa Planning
Provide initial counseling on study options
Explain suitable visa pathways based on student profile
Secure student agreement to begin processing
Document Collection & Management
Inform students about required documents
Track, collect & record submitted documents
Forward complete document sets to Service Delivery team
Coordination With Service Delivery & Case Follow-Up
Act as the primary point of contact throughout the visa journey
Monitor ongoing tasks and document processing
Provide regular updates to students on status & next steps
Compliance With Latest Regulations
Stay updated on new immigration rules & visa requirements
Apply updated information to ensure accurate visa requests
Share critical updates with internal teams
Team Contribution
Support Supervisor, Function Manager & Head of Function as needed
Assist with additional tasks to ensure smooth operations
