• Review information from inquiry forms and communication channels

• Create case-wise checklist/task list

• Assess academic background, eligibility & risk factors

• Student Consultation & Study Visa Planning

• Provide initial counseling on study options

• Explain suitable visa pathways based on student profile

• Secure student agreement to begin processing

• Document Collection & Management

• Inform students about required documents

• Track, collect & record submitted documents

• Forward complete document sets to Service Delivery team

• Coordination With Service Delivery & Case Follow-Up

• Act as the primary point of contact throughout the visa journey

• Monitor ongoing tasks and document processing

• Provide regular updates to students on status & next steps

• Compliance With Latest Regulations

• Stay updated on new immigration rules & visa requirements

• Apply updated information to ensure accurate visa requests

• Share critical updates with internal teams

• Team Contribution

• Support Supervisor, Function Manager & Head of Function as needed

• Assist with additional tasks to ensure smooth operations

• Mobile bill
