About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Operations Manager to oversee and elevate the daily operations of our prestigious establishment. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a proven track record in the hospitality industry, responsible for ensuring operational excellence, maximizing profitability, and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all daily operations of the cafe/restaurant, including front-of-house, back-of-house, and administrative functions.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance efficiency and service quality.
  • Manage budgets, control costs, and drive financial performance to meet and exceed targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop managerial and staff teams to foster a high-performance culture.
  • Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Manage vendor relationships and inventory control.
  • Analyze performance metrics and guest feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
